Polina Mackay

Polina Mackay, PhD, Professor of Literature. Her research interests include gender and sexuality, feminism, literature and activism, representations of the body, the medical-political novel and illness narratives.

She is a principal researcher in the CAPONEU team. Her role is to contribute to the project with talks at workshops and conferences, to publish research on the political novel and related topics, to write text portraits for the platform and to disseminate the project’s work to other scholarly communities and to the wider public.
